  • Private Chauffeur Service

Whether you’re planning a day trip to Byron Bay, a relaxing day at the spa, or need transportation for a special occasion like a wedding, our private chauffeur service has got you covered. With a minimum hire of 2 hours, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. Contact us today to create a bespoke chauffeur-driven experience tailored to your needs.
  • Number of passengers per trip
    Yamba Coastal Ride can take up to 5 passengers in their vehicle for airport transfers.
  • Airport Meet and Greet
    When you arrive at the airport, our driver will meet and greet you at the baggage collection area. Your name will be displayed on an iPad, so you can easily identify your driver. Our driver will also be happy to assist you with your luggage and ensure that you have a comfortable and hassle-free ride to your destination. For all airport pickups we ask that you turn on your mobile phone on landing. The driver will send you a reminder SMS 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time to confirm your ride.
  • Luggage / Baggage
    The service allows up to 5 suitcases (max dimensions 680mm x 480mm x 280mm per bag), which will be placed in the boot of the vehicle. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any larger items or if you have any specific luggage requirements.
  • What if my flight is delayed?
    If your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible and we can re-schedule your pick up time. We understand that flights are not always on time and will try our best to make amendments to your booking for a hassle-free trip. Our team at Yamba Coastal Ride will work with you to ensure that your transportation needs are met, even if your flight schedule changes unexpectedly. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything we can to make your travel experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
  • What if my Flight is early?
    We understand that flight schedules can be unpredictable, and we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals. However, please note that all our drivers have a pre-arranged schedule, which means that it may not always be possible to provide an early pick-up. Rest assured that we track all flights and will make every effort to get a driver to you as soon as possible. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee an early pick-up. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
  • Child Restraints
    We prioritize the safety of our passengers and want to ensure that all individuals are properly secured during the ride. Please advise us if you are travelling with children who require a baby capsule, seat or booster so we can ensure the correct seating is provided for your journey.
  • Food & Beverage consumption in the vehicle
    We kindly request that food and beverages, excluding bottled water, are not consumed in the vehicle. However, we do offer complimentary sparkling or still water for your journey to ensure you stay hydrated and refreshed.
  • Passenger Safety
    Customer safety is our top priority. Our chauffeurs drive at safe and sensible speeds, in accordance with legal speed limits, traffic, and current road conditions. Additionally, our drivers reserve the right to deny a passenger access to the vehicle if they feel they may put other passengers and the vehicle in an unsafe situation. Yamba Coastal Ride drivers reserve the right to refuse entry or require a passenger to disembark at any time during transit if the passenger/s appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We take every precaution to ensure our customers arrive at their destination safely and comfortably.
  • Seat Belts
    It's compulsory for all passengers to wear seat belts at all times when the vehicle is in motion. As per Australian laws, it is important for everyone's safety to follow this rule. We request all passengers to cooperate with our drivers and wear their seat belts for a safe and comfortable ride.
  • Payment Terms
    Full payment for your airport transfer is due on booking. We require payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation and ensure a seamless experience for you. We accept major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.
  • Cancellations and Changes
    If you need to cancel or change your booking for any reason, you must do so at least 48 hours before your transfer. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up, you will be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee. Please note that any booking fees / bank charges are non-refundable once booked. Booking may need to be changed and you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your ride, however is subject to vehicle availability.
